CONSTITUTION OF THE GREAT REPUBLICAN
CONFEDERATION.

Objects.
1. The objects of this Confederation are to restore

real Republicanism, and to remove all corrupt
practices in the administration of the
Government.
This Confederation observes the principle that
sovereignty is with the people.
3. This Confederation upholds the five-colour
National Flag.
4. In order to attain the objects mentioned in
Article 1, this Confederation sincerely vows to
carry out the undermentioned measures.
(a) The political power is to be restored to
the people, and the military power to the Central Government, so as to prevent
militaristic government or party government (b) Government by the people is to be carried
into effect, and absolutism by one Party
is to be abolished.
(c) The Judicature is to be respected and
upheld, while civil rights are to be
protected.
(a) Oppressive taxation is to be abolished, and
brigandage is to be suppressed, so as to
relieve the people of hardships and to
ensure peace to the districts.
(e) A system of budgets is to be introduced so
that public finance can be supervised by the people.
(f) Labour and Capital are to be brought into
harmony,
